The City of Waycross Board of Commissioners does hereby announce that the millage rate will be set at a meeting to be held at City Hall, 417 Pendleton St., Waycross, on July 29, 2020, at 4:00 pm and pursuant to the requirements of O.C.G.A. § 48‐5‐32 does hereby publish the following presentation of the current year’s tax digest and levy, along with the history of the tax digest and levy for the past five years.

Notice of Property Tax Increase

The City of Waycross has tentatively adopted a millage rate which will require an increase of 3.22 percent. Memorial Satilla Health reopens main entrance

WAYCROSS, Ga. (May 11, 2020) – Memorial Satilla Health has reopened its main entrance for patients scheduled for diagnostic imaging studies and other services. Outpatient surgery patients will continue to enter and exit through the ambulatory surgery entrance.
